If you need to update values for a specific time period, you can use the Distribution Wizard, which allows you to add multiple dates and rate plans.
To update multiple dates at once in the New Extranet (eZee Rise) using the Distribution Wizard, follow these steps:
Access Distribution Wizard:
- Navigate to the 'Rate & Inventory' section and select 'Distribution Wizard'.
2: Select Parameters:
- Source: Choose the appropriate source:
- 'OTA Common Pool' for Online Travel Agencies.
- 'WEB' for the booking engine.
- Update Option: Select the operation you wish to perform, such as updating Rates, Inventory, Minimum Nights, or applying/removing Stop Sell.
- Room Type/Rate Plan: Choose the room types and rate plans you want to update. Multiple selections are allowed.
3: Specify Date Range:
- Select the start and end dates for the update. To add multiple date ranges, click 'Add Another'.
4: Define Application Days:
- Choose 'Every Day' to apply updates to all days within the selected date range. Alternatively, select 'Weekday/Weekend' to apply updates only to specific days.
Enter Data: Input the new values for the selected operation:
- Rates: Enter Base Rate, Adult Rate, and Child Rates.
- Apply Updates: After entering the necessary data, click 'Update' to apply the changes. The system will process the updates, and you'll receive a notification once this is completed.
Inventory: Specify the inventory levels.
Apply Updates: After entering the necessary data, click 'Update' to apply the changes. The system will process the updates, and you'll receive a notification once this is completed.
Stop Sell: Toggle the switch to apply (On) or remove (Off) a Stop Sell.
Apply Updates: After entering the necessary data, click 'Update' to apply the changes. The system will process the updates, and you'll receive a notification once this is completed.
