If you're encountering the error message "Your user account does not have rights to access Front Office" when trying to log in to your eZee Absolute account, it indicates that your user account lacks the necessary permissions or IP access rights. To resolve this issue, follow these steps:
1. Verify User Privileges:
Access User Settings:
- Log in to eZee Absolute Configuration.
- Navigate to Users List.
Check for Global Access:
- Locate your user account and edit its settings.
- Ensure that the Global Access privilege is enabled. This allows the user to log in from any IP address.
Alternative – Access to Open IP:
- If Global Access is not preferred, enable the Access to open IP privilege.
- With this setting, users can log in from specific IP addresses, and any new IP will prompt for authorization, which is then saved in audit reports.
2. Configure IP Settings:
- Set IP Configuration:
- If the user lacks both Global Access and Access to open IP privileges, ensure that the IP address of the user's network is added to the system's IP configuration list.
- This restricts access to authorized IPs only, enhancing security.
By adjusting these settings, you can control and grant appropriate access rights, ensuring that users can log in to the Front Office as intended.
