Work Order list is regarding repair work orders. The housekeeping department reports the problems like Heating ventilation, air-conditioning problems, faulty equipment, electrical issues, broken furniture, TV not working and more which was reported by guests or staff.
How to access: In order to create a work order list refer to the below video and steps
Location: Login into eZee Absolute >> House Keeping >> Work Order List
Prerequisite: eZee absolute PMS >> Housekeeping >> Housekeeper, Unit, Status, Remarks
User Privileges: eZee Absolute configuration >> User >> Edit User >> Privileges >> Housekeeping >> Access to House Keeping & Access to Add Work Order
