The receipt confirms that the payment has been received and gives the basics of the sale. So hoteliers generated receipts again, received payment, and provided them to guests in the form of email or printed receipts.
How to Access: In order to print/email the receipt please follow the below steps.
Location: eZee absolute PMS stay view >> Edit Transaction >> Folio Operations>> Click on drop down arrow beside payment.
Print Receipt
Path: Edit Reservation >> Folio Operations >> Click on Three dots(Payment collected from guest) >>Print Receipt.
Send Receipt
Path: Edit Reservation >> Folio Operations >> Click on Three Dots (Payment collected from guest) >> Send Receipt
*Send receipt will only work if the guest's email address is added to the guest profile. Please refer to the screenshot to add or view the email address.
