How to Check IN existing reservation in the eZee Mobile App?

Check-in we can do in the eZee Absolute Mobile App from the existing reservation. Once the guest arrives at the hotel, the front desk operator can perform check-in operations in the mobile app as well.



How to Access: In order to check-in a room, please follow the below steps and video.




In the eZee Absolute Mobile App, there are multiple methods to check in a guest with an existing reservation.However, a guest can only be checked in if their arrival date matches the current system date, meaning the night audit must be up to date. Below are the different methods to check in a guest:

1. Check-In from the Stay View:

  • Access Stay View: Open the eZee Absolute Mobile App and navigate to the Stay View.
  • Select Reservation: Locate and tap on the reservation you wish to check in.
  • Initiate Check-In: Tap the Check-In button to proceed.



2. Check-In via Quick Search:

  • Open Quick Search: In the app, tap the Search icon.
  • Find Reservation: Enter the guest's details in the search box and select the appropriate reservation.
  • Proceed to Check-In: Tap the More Options (three dots) and select Check-In.



3. Check-In from the Reservation List:

  • Navigate to Reservation List: From the app's menu, go to Reservation List.
  • Locate Booking: Find and select the booking you intend to check in.
  • Initiate Check-In: Tap the More Options (three dots) and choose Check-In.



4. Check-In from the Arrival List:

  • Access Arrival List: In the app's menu, tap on Arrival List.
  • Select Reservation: Identify and select the reservation to check in.
  • Proceed with Check-In: Tap the More Options (three dots) and select Check-In.



User Privilege Requirement:

To perform check-in operations, ensure that the user has the necessary privileges enabled:

  • eZee Absolute Configuration > User > Edit User > Privileges > Front Office > Check-In Guest

By following these methods, front desk operators can efficiently check in guests using the eZee Absolute Mobile App.


Report: Select Guest Checked In from the Report tab under Front Office Report.
