How to remove transaction from Group in eZee Absolute?

When more than one room is required to book/ reserve with less keypress in eZee absolute PMS system is called Group reservation. Sometimes it's required to remove a guest transaction from group reservation and generate an individual guest invoice


A: To remove a guest's transaction from a group reservation and manage it as an individual booking in eZee Absolute:



Steps to remove a transaction from a group reservation:

  • Go to Group Reservations:

    • Navigate to Reservations > Group View.
       
  • Select the Reservation:

    • Locate the group reservation that contains the transaction.
    • Click on Edit Reservation.

  • Access Room Charges:

    • Go to Room Charges > Group Info.
  • Remove the Transaction:

    • Identify the transaction to be removed.
    • Click on More > Remove Transaction.


  • Confirm & Save:

    • The selected transaction will now be managed separately as an individual booking.
    • You can find it in the reservation list.

Note: Remove a transaction from the group available as an individual reservation you can view from the reservation list.
