How to remove transaction from Group in eZee Absolute?

When more than one room is required to book/ reserve with less keypress in eZee absolute PMS system is called Group reservation. Sometimes it's required to remove a guest transaction from group reservation and generate an individual guest invoice


How to Access: In order to remove a transaction from a group in the eZee absolute PMS system please follow the below steps and video.



Location: eZee absolute PMS >> Reservations >> Switch to Group >> Click on the reservation >> Edit Reservation >> Room Charges >> Group Info >> Select the reservation needs to be removed from the group >> More >> Remove Transaction

Note: Remove a transaction from the group available as an individual reservation you can view from the reservation list.
