You can give a discount on all Group booking at once, not need to open each individual group booking and give them a discount.
How to Access: In order to give or remove the discount on Group booking please follow the below steps and video.
To apply or remove a discount on a group booking in eZee Absolute, follow these steps:
Prerequisites:
Configure Discounts:
- Navigate to eZee Absolute Configuration > Master > General > Discounts.
Set User Privileges:
- Go to eZee Absolute Configuration > User > Edit User > Discount.
- Select the appropriate discount permissions.
- Click Save.
Applying a Discount:
Access Group Reservation:
- In eZee Absolute, navigate to Reservations.
- Switch to Group view.
- Select and edit the desired group reservation.
Apply Discount:
- Go to Room Charges > Group Info.
- Select the folio(s) to which you want to apply the discount.
- Click on Apply Discount.
- Choose the discount and set the applicable rules.
Removing a Discount:
Access Group Reservation:
- Navigate to Reservations.
- Switch to Group view.
- Select and edit the relevant group reservation.
Remove Discount:
- Go to Room Charges > Group Info.
- Select the booking(s) from which you want to remove the discount.
- Click on Apply Discount.
- Choose the Delete option to remove the discount.
Reporting:
- Discount Details:
- Access the Detail Discount Report under the Back Office Report tab to view applied discounts.
