How to schedule post-departure email from Email Marketing & Scheduling?

Post-Departure

To schedule post-departure emails in eZee Reservation, follow these steps: 

  • Log in to your eZee Reservation account.
  • Navigate to Marketing > Email Marketing & Scheduling section.
  • New Template



Select type as post-departure and Subject line, You can use blank template or copy from the existing one.





Design the Email Body:

  • Compose the email content in the Email Body section.
  • Utilize predefined tags enclosed in curly braces {}to personalize the email.
    • For example, using {name} will automatically insert the guest's name when the email is sent.
  • Incorporate other relevant tags as needed to customize the message.



Schedule the Email:

  • Define the timing for the email to be sent relative to the guest's departure.
  • Specify the number of days after departure when the email should be sent.
  • Setting this value to "0" will send the email immediately after checkout.


Save and Activate the Template:

  • After configuring the email content and scheduling, save the template.
  • The system will then automatically send the email to guests according to the specified schedule.



Save for Later: If you wish to draft the email and finalize it later, use the "Save for later" option to keep it as a draft.


CC and BCC: You can add email addresses in the CC and BCC fields to send copies of the email to additional recipients as needed.
