How to schedule pre-arrival email from Email Marketing & Scheduling?

Pre-Arrival

Select type as pre-arrival and Subject line, You can blank template or copy from the existing one



Design the Email Body:

  • Compose the email content in the Email Body section.
  • Utilize predefined tags enclosed in curly braces {}to personalize the email.
    • For example, using {name} will automatically insert the guest's name when the email is sent.
  • Incorporate other relevant tags as needed to customize the message.



Schedule the Email:

  • Define the timing for the email to be sent relative to the guest's arrival or reservation date:
    • Before Arrival Date: Select this option and specify the number of days before the arrival date when the email should be sent.
    • After Reservation Date: Choose this option and define the number of days after the reservation date to send the email.
  • Setting the value to "0" will send the email on the arrival date or immediately after booking, depending on the chosen option.

Save and Activate the Template:

  • After configuring the email content and scheduling, save the template.
  • The system will then automatically send the email to guests according to the specified schedule.



Additional Options:

  • Save for Later: If you wish to draft the email and finalize it later, use the "Save for later" option to keep it as a draft.

  • CC and BCC: You can add email addresses in the CC and BCC fields to send copies of the email to additional recipients as needed.
