How to use Email Marketing & Scheduling?

You can use the Email Marketing module to send promotional or informational emails to guests.

Steps:

  1. Go to Email Marketing:
    Navigate to eZee Reservation Configuration > Marketing > Email Marketing.

    There are 3 types of schedule you can set

    1. Pre-arrival
    2. Post-Departure
    3. In-house

  3. Create New Campaign:

    • Click on New Campaign.
    • Enter Campaign Name and Select Audience (choose from past guests, upcoming bookings, etc.).
    • Set Email Subject and Email Content.
  4. Schedule Email:

    • Choose Send Now or Schedule for Later.
    • If scheduled, select Date & Time.
  5. Save and Activate:

    • Review all details.
    • Click Save & Activate.
  6. Track Performance:

    • Use the Campaign Report to view email delivery, open rates, and guest engagement.
