You can use the Email Marketing module to send promotional or informational emails to guests.
Steps:
Go to Email Marketing:
Navigate to eZee Reservation Configuration > Marketing > Email Marketing.There are 3 types of schedule you can set
Create New Campaign:
- Click on New Campaign.
- Enter Campaign Name and Select Audience (choose from past guests, upcoming bookings, etc.).
- Set Email Subject and Email Content.
Schedule Email:
- Choose Send Now or Schedule for Later.
- If scheduled, select Date & Time.
Save and Activate:
- Review all details.
- Click Save & Activate.
Track Performance:
- Use the Campaign Report to view email delivery, open rates, and guest engagement.
