How to mark No Show any Reservation in eZee Absolute?

When a guest has a reservation and does not arrive at the hotel then the hotelier can mark that guest reservation as a “No Show”

From Stay View (on Arrival Date):

  1. Click on the reservation.
  2. Select 'More Options'
  3. Click on 'No Show'.
  4. If applicable, add a No-show Fee.
  5. Choose the reason for the No-Show.
  6. Save the changes.


From Reservation List:

  1. Navigate to 'Reservations'.
  2. Select the reservation.
  3. Click on 'More Options'
  4. Select 'Mark No Show'.
  5. If applicable, add a no-show fee.
  6. Choose the reason for no-show.
  7. Save the changes.

  


Before marking a reservation as No Show, ensure the user has the necessary privileges:


Enable "Mark No Show" Privileges:

  1. Go to → Configuration
  2. Navigate to → User
  3. Select → Edit User
  4. Go to → Privileges
  5. Under → Reservation, enable "Mark No Show"

Once privileges are enabled, you can proceed with marking a reservation as No Show.
