How to set Mandatory Information in eZee Absolute at the time of Walk-In/Reservation?

To ensure specific guest information is mandatory at the time of a Walk-In or Reservation, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to the eZee Absolute Configuration Panel.

  2. Go to Settings > General > Check In/Reservation Settings.




  3. Under the General tab, find the Mandatory Information section.

  4. Tick the checkboxes for the fields you want to set as mandatory (e.g., Guest Name, Email, Mobile Number, ID, etc.).



  5. Click Save to apply the settings.

This configuration ensures that staff cannot complete a walk-in or a reservation without filling in the selected mandatory fields.
