How to Book all available Rooms for Group booking or Bulk Booking in eZee Absolute?

Booking all available rooms for a group or bulk reservation in eZee Absolute PMS allows you to block the inventory for all available rooms within a selected date range. However, these bookings will remain unassigned until rooms are allocated manually.

Steps to Book All Available Rooms

1. Log in to eZee Absolute PMS.
2. Click on “Add Reservation.”
   
    
3. Select the “Book All Available Rooms” option.

Important Note:

• If the 'room selection' setting in configuration is set as mandatory while taking reservations, the "Book All Available Rooms" option will not function. Ensure this setting is adjusted accordingly.
• This is because when using “Book All Available Rooms,” the system blocks inventory for all available rooms in the selected date range, but the reservations remain unassigned.
• Since mandatory room selection requires assigning rooms during booking, the system prevents the reservation.
• To use this feature, ensure Room Selection is not mandatory in the configuration.
• To check this setting Go to Configuration panel and follow this path Settings>>General>>Check in reservation Settings and remove the checkmark from the option of "Set Room selection Compulsory"
  
  
   

Prerequisite: User Privileges

Ensure your user account has the required privileges to create reservations:

1. Go to eZee Absolute Configuration.
2. Navigate to User settings.
3. Select the user profile that requires access.
4. Enable the privilege: Reservation > Add Reservation.
