How to make Group Reservation / Group Booking? Or how to book multiple rooms in one shot in eZee Absolute?

To create a group reservation in eZee Absolute, follow these steps:

1. Log in to eZee Absolute:

   • Enter your credentials to access the dashboard.

2. Initiate a New Reservation:

   • Click on Add Reservation.
   • Choose Walk-In or New Reservation.

3. Enter Reservation Details:

   • Fill in guest information.
   • Specify the number of rooms required.
     
     
     
     
     
        

4. Copy Room Details (if applicable):

   • Use the Copy button to duplicate room type details across all rooms.

5. Save the Group Reservation:

   • Review the information.
   • Click Save to confirm the booking.

User Privileges Required:

• Ensure the following permissions are enabled:
  • Add Reservation under Reservation privileges.

These settings can be configured in eZee Absolute Configuration under user privileges.
