How to Manually Fetch a Missing Booking from Channel Manager

If a booking from the Channel Manager has not been received in the system, follow these steps to manually fetch it:

  • Login to eZee Centrix Once logged in, scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on the Old Extranet option.


  • Go to the Distribution menu.

  • Select Fetch Bookings.







  • Choose the relevant Channel from the dropdown.

  • Enter the Booking ID associated with the missing reservation.

  • Click Fetch to retrieve the booking manually into the system.
