How to Manually Fetch a Missing Booking from Channel Manager
If a booking from the Channel Manager has not been received in the system, follow these steps to manually fetch it:
- Login to eZee Centrix Once logged in, scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on the Old Extranet option.
Go to the Distribution menu.
Select Fetch Bookings.
Choose the relevant Channel from the dropdown.
Enter the Booking ID associated with the missing reservation.
Click Fetch to retrieve the booking manually into the system.
