Rates & Inventory successfully updated from Channel Manager with success server log but not reflected on the Channel's Extranet

Issue: Rates and inventory updates show as successful in the server log but are not visible on the channel's extranet.

Action:

  • Contact the respective channel’s support team.

  • Share the success server log as proof.

  • Request them to check and resolve the sync issue.
