How to push the data for Rates/Inventory/Stopsell, etc to all OTAs?

Not seeing the correct data on the OTA extranet portal
You can simply push the Rates, Inventory, Stop Sell, Minimum/Max Night, COA (Closed on Arrival), and COD (Closed on Departure) data from your end without relying on the Support team.


✅ Step-by-Step Guide:

1. Access the Channel Manager:

  • Navigate to the eZee Centrix (Channel Manager) section.


2. Select 'Rates and Inventory' module.



3. Choose the Desired Date:

  • Specify the date for which you want to push the data.



4. Select the Rate Plan:

  • Pick the rate plan you wish to push the update.


5. Push Updates to OTAs:

  • Click on the 'Sync' button to push the update to all connected OTAs.





⚠️ Please Note:

  • The data will only be pushed for the specific rate plan that is synced—not for all rate plans.

  • The system will push data from the selected date till the date visible on the screen up to approximately 14 days ahead.

  • To sync data for future dates, please change the date and sync again for that period.
