How to add remarks per reservation in the eZee Mobile App?

Remarks are added to the reservation if the guest has special instructions during their stay.

Location:
eZee Absolute PMS Mobile App  > Go to Stay View > Click on the Reservation where you want to add Remarks > Find Remarks > Click the + Button beside Add Remark > Input which department is the Remark for, Remark Type and Description > Click Add Remark.

1. Click the Stay View >> Click on the Reservation.



2. Find Remarks>>Click + button beside Add Remark>>Input which department is the Remark for, Remark>>Type and Description>>Click Add Remark.

 

3. Once added, you should see the remark on the Remarks Tab. If you want to delete the remark, you may click the x button.
