How to Add a Manual Reservation in eZee Centrix/Rise

To manually add a reservation in eZee Centrix or eZee Rise, follow these steps:

  1. Access the Reservation Module:

    • Click on the "Add Reservation" icon.
       

  2. Enter Booking Details:

    • Booking Source: Choose the origin of the booking (e.g., Direct, Travel Agent, Business Source).

    • Booking Type:  Specify the nature of the booking (e.g., Confirm,Hold unconfirmed).

  3. Set Stay Duration:

    • Check-in Date: Select the guest's arrival date.

    • Check-out Date: Select the guest's departure date.

  4. Assign Room Details:

    • Room Type: Select the desired room category

    • Rate Plan: Choose the applicable rate plan

    • Number of Rooms: Indicate how many rooms are being booked.

    • Occupancy: For each room, specify the number of adults and children.

       

  5. Add Extra Charges (if applicable):

    • Navigate to the "Add Extras" section to include any additional charges associated with the booking.


       

  6. Input Guest Information:

    • New Guest: Enter the guest's details manually.

    • Returning Guest: Select the "Returning Guest" option and search for the guest's existing information.

       

  7. Record Payment Details:

    • Deposit: If a deposit has been received, enter the amount.

    • Credit Card Information: If available, input the guest's credit card details.

  8. Set Billing Preferences:

    • Choose the billing reference to determine who will be billed (e.g., Guest, Company, Group Owner)

  9. Finalize Payment (if applicable):

    • If collecting payment at the time of reservation, record the amount received.

       
       

  10. Add Remarks:

    • Include any special notes or requests related to the reservation.

  11. Send Confirmation:

    • To dispatch a booking voucher and confirmation email, enable the corresponding option and provide the recipient's email address.

  12. Save the Reservation:

    • Click "Save" to complete the manual reservation process. The booking will now be visible in the system.
