How to configure Amenities in eZee Centrix/Reservation?

To configure amenities in eZee Centrix or eZee Reservation, follow the steps below:

  1. Login to eZee Centrix

    • Start by logging into the eZee Centrix.

    • Once logged in, scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on the Old Extranet option.



  2. Navigate to the Amenities Section

    • Go to the Master menu.

    • Select Manage Rooms and then click on Amenities.



  3. Fill in Amenity Details to Add Amenity

    • Click on Add New to begin creating a new amenity.

    • Amenity Name: Enter the name of the amenity (e.g., Wi-Fi, Mini Bar, Towels).

    • Amenity Type: Choose whether the amenity applies to the Hotel, Room, or Both.

    • Short Key: Define a short code or key for internal reference or sorting.

    • After filling in all details, click Save to create and store the amenity.


  4. Required Privilege

    • Make sure the user has the Access to Reservation Panel privilege enabled. Without this, the configuration cannot be accessed or modified.
