To configure amenities in eZee Centrix or eZee Reservation, follow the steps below:
Login to eZee Centrix
Start by logging into the eZee Centrix.
Once logged in, scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on the Old Extranet option.
Navigate to the Amenities Section
Go to the Master menu.
Select Manage Rooms and then click on Amenities.
Fill in Amenity Details to Add Amenity
Click on Add New to begin creating a new amenity.
Amenity Name: Enter the name of the amenity (e.g., Wi-Fi, Mini Bar, Towels).
Amenity Type: Choose whether the amenity applies to the Hotel, Room, or Both.
Short Key: Define a short code or key for internal reference or sorting.
After filling in all details, click Save to create and store the amenity.
Required Privilege
Make sure the user has the Access to Reservation Panel privilege enabled. Without this, the configuration cannot be accessed or modified.
