How do I check if the email ID is verified OR what to do if the emails are not sent/received correctly

Email Verification Required to Send Guest Communications (e.g., Check-In/Check-Out Emails)


Steps on How to check the email is verified.


Step 1 : Goto PMS Configuration
Settings>>Property>>Email Accounts

Step 2 : You can check the email is verified or not by checking the status of the email account in the email list
It should be verified if it is showing pending then you can verify it on click on the pending caption.
