Why is my property not showing the updated rates?
Check if the rate push setting is enabled and data is synced correctly with your PMS or channel manager.How can I manually override the recommended pricing?

Rates are updated automatically in real time or based on the rule configurations.Can I set minimum and maximum pricing limits?
Yes, you can configure rate boundaries under the rate threshold to ensure recommendations stay within your desired range.

How do I set seasonal pricing strategies?
Go to the rule configuration > Season Rule > You can enter the Start Date and End Date > you can increase or decrease by a flat amount or by Factors and give the XYZ name for the event and set the Season Pricing.

Can I apply different pricing rules for weekends and weekdays?
Yes, create custom pricing strategies using the Day-of-Week setting in the rate rules section.Does eZee Mint consider local events and demand fluctuations?
No, you have to provide input of events and demand dates by entering special events or season rule configuration.
2. System Integration & Functionality
How do I add or remove a room category in eZee Mint?
You just have to directly connect with Mint support, they will configure according to your requirements.
Why is my occupancy data not syncing correctly?
Check the Channel Manager Inventory integration settings and make sure the mapping is correctly configured.How do I integrate eZee Mint with my channel manager?
Reach out to the onboarding team to ensure correct mapping with eZee Centrix or third-party channel managers.Can I set different rate plans for different booking sources?
No, eZee Mint directly works on OTA Common Pool Source.Can I set different rate plans for DYNAMIC PRICING IMPACT?
Yes, you can define a rate plan where you would like to give the dynamic pricing impact. In this case you have to ensure those rate plans you would like to exclude from the dynamic pricing have to be set as an “independent rate plan” using old extranet.
3. Performance & Reporting
How can I generate reports for revenue performance?
Go to the Reports section and select from multiple report formats like Pickup Report, Flash Report and Weekly revenue report.
How do I access historical pricing trends?
Navigate to Reports > Flash Reports to view past performance.
Why is my property not receiving bookings despite competitive pricing?
Check for visibility issues on OTAs, update content/photos, and confirm rate parity across platforms.
4. Troubleshooting & Support
What happens if I want to disable Dynamic pricing rate updates?
Nothing, all the rule configurations will be disabled, and you can manually update.How do I reset my pricing strategy to default settings?
Go to Rule Configuration> Turn off the Dynamic Pricing > Go to front > Rates and Inventory Tab > Distribution and update the rates as before.
