Overview

What OTAs are covered under the Free OTA Listing Programe? 

We assist in listing your property on Agoda, Booking dot com, and Airbnb as part of our free OTA onboarding service. an active subscription of eZee Centrix is mandatory.

What is the Commision % for OTA Listing ?

We assist in listing your property on:

  • Agoda – 15% commission

  • Airbnb – 18% commission

  • Booking.com – 15% commission

Our YCS RM Team will help you secure the minimum commission percentage possible for new listings.


What documents are required to start the OTA onboarding process? 

You will need to provide:

  1. Property Full Name and Address:- 
  2. Property Location link on Google Map (For location verification)
  3. Email ID (for OTA registration and verification)
  4. Mobile Number (for OTP verification)
  5. Host Name (Owner/Anyone from property) with date of birth (For Airbnb/booking.com Listing)
  6. Minimum 30 high-quality images (landscape mode) including:
  • Property exterior
  • Amenities
  • Rooms (category-wise, including bathrooms)
  • Restaurants (if available)

Documents can be shared via WeTransfer, Google Drive, or Dropbox.

Is Airbnb Host Verification mandatory? 

Yes, if you are opting for Airbnb registration. The host must complete verification using a valid Driving License or Passport. Without this, the listing will be rejected.


How can I complete Airbnb Host Verification? 

Download the Airbnb App from Play Store or App Store.


Login using your registered email ID.


Go to Account → Profile → Personal Information.


Upload front and back images of your Government ID (Driving License or Passport).


Note: Only the host can perform this verification.

What happens during the registration process?

  • The YCS team will register your property using the YCS Content Platform (based on data in eZee Centrix).

  • You or your Account Manager must verify property name, address, and location coordinates in eZee Centrix before proceeding.

  • The hotel partner must immediately forward verification emails or OTPs received during the process to avoid delays. Without completing this step, the listing will not progress further.


What do I need to do after my property is listed?

After receiving OTA credentials, update (Hotel team) your extranet with:

  • Property content (description, photos)
  • Policies (cancellation, check-in/out)
  • Amenities and facilities
  • Payment method setup (if needed)


The YCS RM team will help with the mapping your rates plan/listings in eZee Centrix.

  

How long does the onboarding process take?

Typically 15–30 working days, starting from the date when all required documents and data are submitted.

Are there any restrictions on listings?

Yes:

  • Duplicate listings will be rejected.

  • If previously listed with OTAs or franchises like OYO or Treebo, you must provide a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from them.

  • Delayed document submission beyond 15 working days will halt the process, and you will need to restart.

What are the responsibilities of the YCS team? 

  • Property registration on OTAs using the YCS Content API platform

  • Mapping rate plans/listings in eZee Centrix

  • Providing support/guidance during onboarding

What are my responsibilities as a hotel partner? 

  • Provide required documents and data promptly in timely manner

  • Have basic knowledge of updating rates/inventory in eZee Centrix (training can be arranged)

  • Complete Airbnb Host Verification (if applicable)

  • Optimize extranet content after OTA credentials are received

  • Update the Payment details using OTA Extranet

Do I have to complete Agoda and Booking dot com verification once my listing is completed ?

Yes, Here are the essential steps you need to follow for managing the OTAs and payment methods. Please ensure to take care of optimization for each property, including amenities, facilities, and other details.

* Payment Management: Follows a Pay at Hotel model — no need to update any payment method.

KYP/KYC (Know Your Partner/Customer): Ensure your account is verified to go live.

* Commission Payment: Ensure to pay Booking.com’s commission monthly.

* No-Show Bookings: Mark the booking as No Show in both the Booking.com Extranet and your Channel Manager to avoid unnecessary commission charges.

* Payment Method: Update your bank details by logging into the Agoda Extranet.

* Payment Cycle: Payments are processed 30 days after guest checkout.

* Important: Collect your payments within 180 days to avoid fund blocking.
