Follow these simple steps to approve the Booking.com OTA connection request:
✅ Step 1: Navigate to the ContentAPI Tool
✅ Step 2: Go to "Manage Connections"
- On the left-side menu, click "Manage Connections" (Step 1).
- Right below it, click “Manage Request” (Step

) . - From the dropdown (Step

), choose “Booking.com” as the OTA channel. - In the text box (Step

), type the channel hotel code provided by Booking.com OTA. - Then click the search icon (Step

) to fetch the request. - Verify the hotel details such as:
- Hotel name and code
Address
Pricing model
Once confirmed, click “Approve” (Step6
) to accept the connection request.
Note: The basic pricing model should be selected as “Occupancy-Based” only.
If NO connection request is visible:
Check the OTA (Booking.com) Extranet portal to confirm whether switching has already been completed.
If switching is confirmed but the request is still not visible in ContentAPI:
Please wait for some time and try again, OR
Check under “Active Connection” to see if the request has already been processed.
