How to Accept the Booking.com OTA Connection Requests?

Follow these simple steps to approve the Booking.com OTA connection request:


Step 1: Navigate to the ContentAPI Tool




Step 2: Go to "Manage Connections"


  • On the left-side menu, click "Manage Connections" (Step 1). 
  • Right below it, click “Manage Request” (Step 2.
  • From the dropdown (Step 3), choose “Booking.com” as the OTA channel.
  • In the text box (Step 4), type the channel hotel code provided by Booking.com OTA.
  • Then click the search icon (Step 5) to fetch the request.
  • Verify the hotel details such as:
  • Hotel name and code
  • Address

  • Pricing model
    Once confirmed, click “Approve” (Step 6) to accept the connection request.


Note: The basic pricing model should be selected as “Occupancy-Based” only.

           

If NO connection request is visible:

  • Check the OTA (Booking.com) Extranet portal to confirm whether switching has already been completed.

  • If switching is confirmed but the request is still not visible in ContentAPI:

    • Please wait for some time and try again, OR

    • Check under “Active Connection” to see if the request has already been processed.
