If your logo is not printing on the POS receipt, please follow the below steps to resolve the issue:
✅ Step 1: Check Prerequisites
Ensure the logo meets the required specifications:
Image resolution must be 256 x 105 pixels
File name must be exactly:
logo.png
Resize the image as needed to avoid cutoff on receipt paper
Step 2: Verify if the Logo is Set in Peripheral Settings
Navigate to Peripheral Settings > Common Settings
Scroll to the Logo Path section
Click Set Logo and upload the
logo.png
fileClick Save
Step 3: Add {logo}
Tag in the Receipt Template
Even if the logo is set in peripheral settings, it must also be added to the receipt template.
To do this:
Go to Settings > Printing Template
Click the Edit (pencil) icon next to the receipt template
Drag 1 Column to the Header area
Change the caption of the placeholder to
{logo}
Click Edit to save
Step 4: Place the Logo File in Correct Folder on Your System
Make sure the logo file is stored in this location:
This ensures that the system can fetch the logo during printing.
