How to check past,future or current bookings on different filters from eZee absolute(Please specify multiple filter)

eZee Absolute offers multiple filters to help you easily search, sort, and manage bookings based on date, status, room type, guest, source, and more.

Where to Find Booking Filters in eZee Absolute

You can apply filters from these main screens:

• Stay View

• Reservation List

• Front Office → Search Reservation

• Reports → Reservation Reports / Booking Reports

In order to check  past bookings follow the below steps : 

• Go to Reservation List or Search Reservation
• Use the Check-out Date filter → Select a past date or range
• Apply filters like Status 

In order to check Current Bookings (Today's Guests) refer to the below steps :

• Go to Stay View or Reservation List

• Set filter:

  • Status = Active

  • Date = Today’s Date

• You can also filter by Room Type or Guest Name if needed

In order to check Future Bookings refer to the below steps :

• Go to Reservation List

• Set Check-in Date to a future date or date range

• Filter Status = Confirmed / Unconfirmed

• Add Source or Rate Plan filters if needed
