How to Upload or Change Room Images and Banners for Booking Engine
Upload or Change Room Type Images
Access the Configuration: Log in to Unified Solution.
Click on the User Icon.
Click on Go To Configuration.
Navigate to Room Type Management:
3. Go to Menu.
4. Click on Room Type.
5. Select the required Room Type.
6. Click on the Edit button.
Manage Images:
To delete an existing image:
7. Navigate to the Images section.
8. Click on the Delete icon on the image.
To upload a new image:
9. Click on Upload Photo and select the desired image from your device.
10. Click on the Save button.
Upload or Change Booking Engine Banner
Access Booking Engine Settings:
In the Configuration Panel:
Navigate to Booking Engine Setting
Click on Customization
Manage Banner Images:
To remove the current banner:
3. Click the Delete button on the existing image.
4. Click on Save.
To upload a new banner:
5. Click on Upload Image and select the appropriate image from your device.
6. Click on Save.
Optimize for Devices:
You can upload banners tailored for different devices, such as desktops, tablets, and mobiles, ensuring optimal display across all screen sizes.
Refer to the recommended image sizes provided in the description to ensure proper fit and resolution.
Important Note:
Only the following file types are supported: JPG, JPEG, and PNG. The maximum file size allowed for upload is 2 MB. Please ensure your file meets these requirements to avoid errors during upload.
