If we get any complaint from the client that, they always needs to restart the service to generate the cards. This can be possible with some reasons which are as follows.
We need to check if the license of the eZee Service is up to date which can be seen from the link:
https://interface.ipms247.com:7244/eZeeKeycardServiceLib/SayHello
The browser should print hello message, if it doesnt we need to download the latest file from the below link based on integration.
We need to copy the downloaded files and paste them in eZee folder and replace them.
After adding the file, we can start eZee host file again as an admin and check again with the test link:
https://interface.ipms247.com:7244/eZeeKeycardServiceLib/SayHello
Next, we need to go to Control Panel - Uninstall Program Section - Turn Windows Feature On or Off and enable below services with a checkmark.
Above Troubleshooting will resolve the concern with, restart the service multiple times. Client should be able to generate a card and will work continuously.
