If we see the above message while generating key from the eZee absolute software we need to check if eZee Host file is not stuck.
- To solve the above concern we need to stop the service and click on settings.
- Once we either try to click on port setting or Settings system will give the below message.
3. Simply click on Quit service.
4. Go to Control Panel - Click on Uninstall a program.
5. Click on Turn Windows Feature or Off.
6. Select Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5.1 click on Plus and make sure both options under that option are check-marked.
7. If not please checkmark both of them and click on Ok. It might take time to apply the changes.
8. Restart the eZee host file as an administrator and ask the client to check the same again.
The above Troubleshooting will resolve the concern with a Processing message, and the client will not be facing the same concern again in the future.
