If we see the above message while generating a key from the eZee absolute software we need to check if eZee Absolute software date and system date are the same or not.
- To solve the above concern we need to check if the Software date and system date of eZee Absolute is the same or not.
- If the client is still in the testing mode we can move the reservation to the system date and check if it's generating the card or not.
- This message appears because the Door lock software doesn't have a feature for Day close and it runs automatically and matches the dates.
- This can also happen if the client is using a different calendar format which is causing the concern. In Thailand, they are in the Buddhist Era which is 543 years ahead, so due to that reason calendar date might display 03-03-2569 which can cause this kind of message.
- So in the above case (Thailand), we can ask the client to change the calendar format to normal and ask them to restart the machine and re-run the eZee host file as an administrator to check the same.
The above Troubleshooting will resolve the concern with the checkout date must be greater than today's date.
