Can’t connect to the device for operation. – Keycard.

If we see the above message while genearting key from the eZee absolute software we need to check if Door lock software Orbita is not open.

1. We can resolve the message easily as Orbita Door lock Doesnt support communication with eZee service if the Door lock Software is open.

2. We can simply close the Door lock software and ask client to regsrerate card again.

3. Client should be able to Generate the card without any problem, So we just need to make sure that Door lock software is not open. 

Above solution should be able to resolve the concern with Can not connect to device. As Encoder doesnt connect, if multiple services are running in order to communicate and generate the cards.
