If we see the above message while genearting key from the eZee absolute software we need to check the com port of Door lock software is correct.
It can be possible that Door Lock software Port has been changed and communication with HTTPS interface is not working with eZee Service.
We can open the door lock software and check on which port its running, or we can ask client to let us know the correct com port.
Once we add correct Com port in eZee service it should work fine and we should be able to generate the card easily.
Above solution should be able to resolve the concern with FFFF1006 error. As Communcation port of Door lock software unable to connect with eZee Service causing the concern.
