Could not find any recognizable digit for operation. – Keycard.

If we see the above message while genearting key from the eZee absolute software we need to check if Comman Door Digits added correctly or not based on Orbita Software.

1. Common Door Details can be found from the, Door lock software as follows.

2. Make sure to add based on below example, otherwise it will kept giving the message, Not recognised digits.

3. Once we add correct digits based on example given as above, system will allow to generate the card with command doors enabled.

Above Troubleshooting will resolve the concern with recognisable digit, we can restart the service again and Client should be able to generate card with common door data on card.
