Error code: 47 for operation. – Keycard.

If we see the above message while genearting key from the eZee absolute software we need to check if, license code of Level3/4 is correct or not.

1. Above message is related to Door lock software License key of Level3/4 is incorrect.

2. We can ask client to provide correct License key and test same from SDK. It will give the same message from SDK also.

3. We may ask client to contact Door lock Software support for the same.

We can not do anything from our side if the error message says its code 47 for Level3/Level 4 door lock.
