In eZee Absolute, a reservation may be marked as "Online failed" if a guest does not complete the payment process within the allotted time.
A booking might fail in the Booking Engine due to several reasons, including:
- The guest did not complete the payment process.
- The payment page was closed before the payment was completed.
- A session timeout occurred due to inactivity.
To streamline the confirmation of such reservations, especially for group bookings, eZee Absolute offers a straightforward method to confirm these reservations directly from the reservation screen.

Steps to Confirm a Failed Reservation:
Access the Reservation Screen:
- Log in to your eZee Absolute PMS system.
- Navigate to the "Reservations" section to view all current reservations.
Identify the Failed Reservation:
- Look for reservations labeled as "Failed" due to incomplete payment processes.
Confirm the Reservation:
- Select the failed reservation you wish to confirm.
- Click on the "More Options" button associated with that reservation.
- From the dropdown menu, choose the "Confirm Reservation" option.
- You can also click on the Reservation card that will open a reservation detail dialogue box.
- From there you can click on "Confirm Booking" to confirm it.
