Yes, It is possible to amend the guest's stay. The Amend Stay option in eZee Absolute allows you to modify the arrival and departure dates of a reservation. It ensures flexibility in managing guest stays, whether extending or shortening their booking.
How to Access: In order to Amend the stay of guest please follow the below steps and video:
Access the Reservation:
- Log in to eZee Absolute PMS.
- Navigate to the Stay View or Reservation List.
- Locate and select the reservation you wish to modify.
Amend the Stay:
- Click on More options and then click on the Amend Stay option.
- Adjust the arrival or departure dates as needed to extend or reduce the stay.
- Click on More options and then click on the Amend Stay option.
Save Changes:
- Confirm and save the updated dates to apply the changes to the reservation.

Note:
- No special privilege is needed to amend reservations made via PMS.
- To amend OTA bookings, ensure the following privilege is enabled:
eZee Absolute Configuration > User > Edit User > Privileges > Front Office > Enable Modify OTA Booking Restriction (Amend Stay).
By following these steps, you can efficiently modify the stay dates for a single booking in eZee Absolute.
