In eZee Absolute PMS, blacklisting a guest is a straightforward process that helps prevent future reservations from unwanted guests. Here's how you can do it:

Steps to Blacklist a Guest

  1. Log in to eZee Absolute PMS.
  2. Click on the three horizontal lines (≡) to open the main menu.
  3. Navigate to Front Office > Guest Database.

  4. Locate the guest you wish to blacklist.
  5. Click on the three dots next to the guest's name.
  6. Select Blacklist Guest from the dropdown menu.

  7. Choose an existing reason or add a new reason for blacklisting.
  8. Click Save to confirm.

Prerequisite: User Privileges

Ensure your user account has the necessary privileges to access the Guest Database:

  1. Navigate to eZee Absolute Configuration.
  2. Go to User settings.
  3. Edit the desired user profile.
  4. Under Privileges, enable Front Office > Access to Guest Database.

Once blacklisted, if any user attempts to make a reservation with this guest profile, the system will display a popup alert indicating that the guest has been blacklisted.
