Hotelier requires to blacklist guest due to some specific reason, So if any user tries to do a reservation with that guest profile then the system will show a popup alert that the guest has been blacklisted.
How to Access: In order to blacklist guest please follow the below steps.
Location: eZee Absolute PMS >> ≡ (three lines) >> Front Office >> Guest Database > Click on the three dots >> BlackList Guest.

After clicking on Blacklist Guest, you can select the existing reason or can add a new reason and click on the Save button after that system will blacklist that guest.
User Privileges: eZee absolute configuration >> User >> Edit User >> Front Office >> Access to Guest Database.
