To efficiently update multiple guest details for a group reservation in eZee Absolute, utilize the Guest List feature. This tool allows you to quickly input or modify essential information for all guests and their sharers within a group booking, including names, mobile numbers, email addresses, and ID proofs.

Steps to Update Multiple Guests Using the Guest List:

1. Access the Group Reservation:

   • Log in to eZee Absolute PMS.
   • Navigate to the Stay View section.
   • Click on the specific group reservation you wish to update.

2. Open the Guest List:

   • Within the reservation details, click on Edit Reservation.
     
     
     
     
   • Select the Guest List option from Guest tab.
     
     
     
     

3. Update Guest Details:

   • For each guest and sharer, enter or modify the required information:
     • Guest Name
     • Mobile Number
     • Email ID
     • Upload ID Proof
