How to process Travel Agent Commission for Past bookings in eZee Absolute?

If a booking was added manually using Insert Transaction, or if the travel agent was not assigned at the time of booking, you can still post the commission by following the above steps. This ensures that even missed or manually added bookings are correctly linked to the travel agent and commission is processed.


How to Access: In order to process the Travel Agent Commission operation for the past booking please follow the below video and steps.



Follow these steps to post a travel agent's commission for past bookings:

  1. Access the Cashiering Center

    • Log in to eZee Absolute PMS.
    • Go to Stay View > Click on Cashiering > Select Cashiering Center.


Select the Travel Agent

  • Choose the Travel Agent for whom you need to post the commission.
  • Check the box Pending Travel Agent Commission to view past bookings.

Note: This option appears only after selecting a travel agent.


Post the Commission

  • Select the relevant past booking(s).
  • Click Post Commission to finalize the process.




When to Use This Feature

  • Imported Past Bookings Without TA: Upon Client request If account managers import past bookings without a travel agent and users add the TA post-checkout, commissions won't be posted automatically.
  • Missed TA Assignment: If a TA is not assigned at the time of booking and added later after checkout, the commission won’t be posted.
  • Delayed Awareness: Hoteliers often realize the need for commission posting after using the system for some time or after support guidance, requiring adjustments for past bookings.
  • Voided Commissions: If a front office user mistakenly voids a posted commission, they may request to re-post it with the same or a different TA.

User Privilege Requirement

Ensure the user has the necessary access:

  • Go to eZee Absolute Configuration > User > Edit User > Privileges > Cashiering.
  • Enable Access to City Ledger Payment Feature.
