From Where I can add Guest PickUp / Dropoff information in eZee Absolute?

eZee Absolute allows you to add Pick-Up and Drop-Off details for guests during or after making a reservation. This helps in organizing transportation and generating related reports.


Adding Pick-Up/Drop-Off While Creating a New Reservation

Steps:

  1. Click on the Add Reservation button (calendar icon at the top right).

  2. Select More Options.

  3. Click the dropdown arrow and choose Pick-Up/Drop-Off.


  4. Fill in the required details.

  5. Click Save to record the information.


Adding Pick-Up/Drop-Off After Reservation Is Made

Steps:

  1. Go to eZee Absolute Stay View.

  2. Click on the existing reservation.

  3. Select Edit Reservation.

     

  4. Go to the Guest Details tab.

  5. Click on Pick-Up/Drop-Off, enter the required information, and save.


     


Viewing Pick-Up/Drop-Off Information in Reports

To view all guest Pick-Up and Drop-Off entries:

  • Use the Pick-Up/Drop-Off Guest Report.

  • This report displays guests based on their check-in and check-out dates.

  • Example: If you search for 30 April, it will list all guests scheduled to check in or out on that date—only if Pick-Up/Drop-Off details are added to their reservation.
