How to detect cancelled, voided or No Show Reservations in eZee Absolute?

You can easily track all Cancelled, Voided, and No-Show reservations using the built-in reports in eZee Absolute.


Steps to Access These Reports

  1. Log in to your eZee Absolute account.

  2. Click on the ≡ (three-line menu.

  3. Go to Reports.



  4. Under the Reservation Report, select the relevant report:

    • Cancelled Reservation

    • No-Show Reservation

    • Void Reservation

       

These reports will show a list of reservations based on their respective statuses.


User Privilege Required

To access these reports, the user must have the appropriate privileges.

Path to Assign Privilege:

  • Go to Configuration >> User >> Edit User

  • Under Reports >> Reservation Report, enable:

    • Cancelled Reservation

    • No-Show Reservation

    • Void Reservation
