To find guests who have checked in, use the Guest Checked-In report in eZee Absolute. Refer to the attached video guide below for a step-by-step walkthrough.
Steps to Access the Report
Login to your eZee Absolute account.
Click on the ≡ (three lines) menu.
Go to Reports.
Select Front Office Report.
Open the Guest Checked-In report.
Select your preferred date range.
- Use available filters to identify guests with pending payments (you may need to manually check payment status in the report if no direct filter exists).
User Privilege Required
To access this report, make sure the appropriate user privilege is enabled:
Path: Configuration >> User >> Edit User >> Reports >> Front Office Report >> Guest Checked In
