After the night audit, for any booking which was Canceled and you want to activate, you can use this option, after you activate the booking, it will have a new arrival the same as the current working date.

Access the Reservation List:
- Navigate to Front Office > Reservation List.
- Navigate to Front Office > Reservation List.
Search for the Canceled Reservation:
- Click on the Search option.
- If the reservation pertains to a past date, uncheck the Arrival box.
- Search using the Reservation Date.
- Set the Status filter to Canceled for easier identification.
Reactivate the Reservation:
- Locate the canceled reservation from the search results.
- Click on three dots of that reservation box & Click on Active Booking to reactivate it.
Important Note: Reactivating a booking will set its arrival date to the current working date. It is not possible to reactivate a reservation with its original past arrival date.
