After the night audit, for any booking that was marked as no show and you want to activate, you can use this option, after you activate no show booking, It will have a new arrival date the same as the current working date.
How to Access: In order to re-active No show reservations follow the below steps.
Location: Front Office >> Reservation List >> Search for No show Reservation >> Click on Reservation >> Active Booking.
1. Go to Front Office >> Reservation List Click on the search option to search for that reservation, If no show reservation is of a past date then you have to unmark the Reservation date box and search with Arrival Date make sure to select status as No show for the easy filter.
Note: Re-active Booking will only make Reservation Active according to the working date. It cannot be active in the past date.
