Auto Night Audit in eZee Absolute

Yes, it is possible to enable the Auto Night Audit feature in eZee Absolute. This automates the night audit process, ensuring a smooth transition to the next business day without manual intervention.

Steps to Enable Auto Night Audit:

1. Navigate to Settings → Others → Auto Settings.
2. Click on the AUTO SETTINGS button.
3. Go to the Night Audit tab and select the Automatic option.
4. Set the preferred Auto Night Audit Time for the system to run the audit.
5. Choose how the system should handle pending reservations:
   

   Important Note:

   If you do not take the appropriate action on any pending reservations before the scheduled Auto Night Audit time, the system will automatically take action based on the configuration you have set.

   • Mark as No Show
   • Mark as Void
   • Mark as Cancel
     
     
     
     

Once configured, the system will automatically perform the night audit at the set time, updating all financial transactions and rolling the system date forward.
