How to change PAX in eZee Absolute?

Change Pax is used to change pax details after crate booking, in case of update pax, Hotelier can use the Change pax option.



How to Access: In order to charge pax please follow the below steps and video.





Location: Edit Transaction  >> Room Charges >> Select date >> from down arrow > > Update Pax.



User Privilege: There are two privileges required as mentioned below.

  • To change Pax for future or current date:


eZee absolute configuration >> User >> Edit user >> Privileges >> Front Office >> Access to change pax.



  • To change Pax for Audited (Past) date:



eZee absolute configuration >> User >> Edit user >> Privileges >> Front Office >> Access To Change Pax for Audited date





How to Access: In order to perform update Pax operation please follow the below steps and video



Screenshot 1: Edit Transaction/Room >> Room Charges (Tab) >> Click on “Update Details” >> Select Update pax >> update pax from pax drop down box >> (Choose) Apply To Selected Dates or Apply To Whole Stay >> Apply.
