You can create custom reasons in eZee Absolute for actions like cancellations, modifications, no-shows, etc. These reasons help maintain clear records and track why certain operations were performed.
Log in to the eZee Absolute Configuration Panel
Go to: Master > Reasons > Reason
Steps to Add a Reason
Click on Add Reason.
Enter the required details:
Reason Name (e.g., Guest Cancelled, Payment Issue)
Select the appropriate category of reason (e.g, Guest Folio, Void Reservation)
Click Save.
