How to define reasons for Block Room, Cancel Reservation, Check In, Check Out, Folio Transaction, Guest Folio, House Keeping in eZee Absolute?

You can create custom reasons in eZee Absolute for actions like cancellations, modifications, no-shows, etc. These reasons help maintain clear records and track why certain operations were performed.

Log in to the eZee Absolute Configuration Panel
Go to: Master > Reasons > Reason

 


Steps to Add a Reason

  1. Click on Add Reason.

  2. Enter the required details:

    • Reason Name (e.g., Guest Cancelled, Payment Issue)

    • Select the appropriate category of reason (e.g, Guest Folio, Void Reservation)


  3. Click Save.
