- Guests don’t like the room.
- The room has a maintenance problem.
- The hotel authority or Manager decided to upgrade the guest and offer him a better room.
Please Note: If you move the room for a checked-in reservation, it will be considered a split reservation also If you move the room for a future reservation in two or more rooms, it will be considered a split reservation.
How to Access: In order to perform the room move operation please follow the below steps and video.
User Privilege: eZee absolute configuration >> User >> Edit user >> Privileges >> Front Office >> Access to Move Room.
Path: From Stay view click on room transaction >> More options >> Select Room Move
