How to Disable Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) Partially/Completely?

To disable Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) in eZee Absolute, follow these steps:

Disabling MFA for Specific Users:

  1. Access User Settings:

    • Navigate to eA Configuration > Users.



  2. Modify User MFA Settings:

    • Select the user for whom you want to disable MFA.
    • Click on Disable to turn off MFA for that user.
    • Save the changes.



Disabling MFA for All Users:

  1. Access Security Settings:

    • Navigate to eA Configuration > Settings > Security Settings.



  2. Turn Off MFA:

    • Select the No option to disable MFA entirely for the property.
    • Save the changes.



Important Notes:

  • Only admin users can access and modify security settings.
  • Admin users have both Disable and Reset options for MFA configuration; other users can only reset their own MFA.
