To create a task in eZee Absolute:
Navigate to Tasks
- Go to Front Office > Tasks & Messages.
- Click Add Task.
Enter Task Details
- Assign to a staff member.
- Set priority and due date.
- Add a description if needed.
Save and Track
- Click Save to create the task.
- View and manage tasks in Task List.
To set message preferences:
- Go to Settings > Message Preferences.
- Enable notifications for Check-in, Check-out, Guest Requests, etc.
- Click Save.
