How to add/create Tasks, Messages, Preferences in eZee Absolute?

How to create a task in eZee Absolute 2.0?

Generally, tasks can be created for the Front office or House Keeper. Example: Front Office has to arrange a Special Candle Light Dinner for the guest.

All the Tasks which we have created in the reservation, of them, can be checked with Task List Report.

There are 4 types of tasks that can be created.

1 >> On-access >> Visible Whenever user open/edit reservation

2 >> On Check In >> It will Pop Up when User check in the reservation.

3 >> On Check Out >> It will Pop Up when User check out the guest.

How to create meassage in eZee Absolute 2.0?

Add Message can be used for internal purpose only, so at a time time shift exchange and/or all the front office staff can see it, and do the needful according to it.

All the messages we are adding in Reservations can also be checked with Guest Message Report.

How to add/create preferences in eZee Absolute 2.0?

Generally preferences can be used if you are providing different Choices/Preferences to the guest. Like Sea View, Garden View, Different Colour Curtains Etc.

Screenshot 1: First we need to create preference type in back office/ Configuration.

Screenshot 2: Then we need to create Preference for the same.

Now we can select it for the guest, as per guest requirements.
