How to add/create Tasks, Messages, Preferences in eZee Absolute?

To create a task in eZee Absolute:

  1. Navigate to Tasks

    • Go to Front Office > Tasks & Messages.
    • Click Add Task.
       
  2. Enter Task Details

    • Assign to a staff member.
    • Set priority and due date.
    • Add a description if needed.
       
  3. Save and Track

    • Click Save to create the task.
    • View and manage tasks in Task List.
       

To set message preferences:

  1. Go to Settings > Message Preferences.   
  2. Enable notifications for Check-in, Check-out, Guest Requests, etc.
       
  3. Click Save.
